Welcome to the West Valley High School class of '67 website - always a "work in progress!" So, KEEP CHECKING BACK to see those (sometimes subtle) changes ...
OK! The votes are in! (and a close election it was! - very reminiscent of a couple of recent national and state races...) And, since this is still somewhat of a democracy, (drum roll...) the winner for Reunion 45 is....

(unless, of course there is some kind of an uprising, civil war, etc., in the meantime...) You might note that the automatic day counter has been reset - see ya in 1600+ days, wow!!!
Well..., Friday October 19 and Saturday October 20, 2007 have come and gone! And what a fun time it was! Several who were there have told me (and I quote...) "That was the best reunion ever!", and I would have to agree! In retrospect, one thing we forgot to do was to get an overall group picture - hey, can we get you to all come back and do that? Oh well, let's just make sure we don't forget to do that in 2012!
OR, here's another idea: maybe one of you has a lot of spare time and likes to dabble in PhotoShop, etc. - we could email all the photos and you could put together a Sgt. Pepper's Band album cover kind of thing - could be really cool!, ... any takers...???
You'll hopefully see quite a few changes in the the content and organization of the website as we recuperate from Reunion 40 preparation and events, and start to contemplate Reunion 45!
One effort "to keep you entertained (and to to get you somewhat "unstuck from the past") is our "WVHS Now" page! Check it out!
Our "State of our class ($$)" tab will keep you posted on the status of our reunion bank account, and offers a modest recognition of generous contributors to the reunion cause.
We now have photo albums for each of the Reunion 40 events. Check out the Photo Album tab as new pictures may appear from time to time.
You can still add YOUR photos as applicable!
And..., you can still click on Classmates to find your old friends AND make it even more interesting by adding YOUR presence, if you haven't already!
(It's easy to do. If you have questions or need help just email Gay Scott Gay.Scott@yvmh.org or Lyle Erlewine lyle@cw-arch.com and we'll post it in "Classmates" and email you with a username and get your bio posted as soon as we can!)
Communicate! is currently the defacto bulletin/communication board on this website; This may change and become more sophisticated before too long (we hope!) Go there NOW to see what people are saying and to respond/communicate with them (fun!) Messages are posted "instantly" so post your's, and keep checking back! In addition to Reunion 40 events , Photo Albums has some old grade school class pictures (more to come) and all the '67 senior photos from the yearbook (lots more of this and other stuff to come - you can add to the photos and your contributions are welcome.) Check out and contribute to the information on those other tabs, as applicable. We can add pages and features, so let us know what you'd like to see. The "reunion committee" has voted to keep this website operating for at least 5 years, so you'll be able to use it as a way to keep in touch, etc. (Funding for this is available due to Herb Lynch's wise investing of left over funds from the 30 year reunion, and now the 40 year reunion, and... all the donations of generous classmates of the 1967 variety - Thanks Herb, and thanks to you all!) site updated 01-11-08
